  1. You reach out. A few sentences about your business, your revenue stage, and what marketing looks like today.
  2. We run a short diagnostic call. Thirty minutes, four questions — the same questions from Chapter 14. You'll get value from the call whether or not we work together.
  3. You get a written recommendation. Fit or no fit, you'll know exactly what we'd do first and why.
